1.Good luck
Blue dew dripped silently from the branches of the towering trees. The sun’s golden beams poured through the gaps in the gray clouds. Thick fog clogged the air and the mountains erupted from the grassy ground leaving the earth way below them.
Curled up in a rocky cave made of pure cloud pebbles was a dragon. Its back and tail were covered by tall emerald spikes. Its body was covered by unfreezable scales made of pure diamonds which were as scalding hot as the sun. Those scales were too hot to touch. His muzzle was a light shade of green. The dragon’s massive mouth was incrusted with razor sharp teeth.
Suddenly, the dragon’s eyelids opened and revealed two bright, blue eyes. He let out a loud growl, unfolded his dark green wings and took off into the starless night.
The silver moon shimmered and the dragon flew under it. Blast! A bolt of lightening rushed at him. He swiftly dodged it and looked around. Finally he spotted something. He flew towards the enemy. Blast! Blast! Blast! The furious enemy delivered crucial attacks. “Let’s not have a fight.” Sorrowdiamond exclaimed. “Why not, we are both different tribe members.” The enemy said in a menacing voice. “Yes I kn…. Blast! A streak of lightening came at Sorrowdiamond.
“Fine then you want to do it that way.” Sorrowdiamond blasted a ball of poison gas at the enemy knocking him back through the sky. Rooooaaar! And with that said he shot at the enemy and sunk his jaws into him. The wound was deep. “Ahh!” The enemy let out a groan and Sorrowdiamond released him. “You will regret this.” The enemy said. Then he flew off.
Sorrowdiamond’s spikes gleamed brightly in the moonlight. Then he flew towards his cave. The cloud pebbles glowed, and as Sorrowdiamond dashed to the mouth of the cave he spotted the silhouette of a fire dragon perched upon the cloud pebbles.
Haa! He gently shot a small poison ball at the mysterious dragon. Kaboom! Sorrowdiamond’s poison ball was demolished by a torrid fireball. The explosion lit up the sky. “
“You dare hit me like me that.” “I’m so sorry. I don’t know who you are.” “ What, you don’t know who I am?! I am the great Starshine Endlum.” “Well then, Starshine Endlum, why are you perched upon my cave?” “Well it’s a long story.” “How about you come and rest in my cave. Sorrowdiamond asked in a very friendly tone.
So Starshine rested in Sorrowdiamond’s cave and explained the perilous adventure that she had been through. “Wow it must have been scary fighting that dragon?” “Well yes, it kind of was a bit terrifying but before I tell you anything else I must eat. I am extremely famished.
So Sorrowdiamond set out to hunt. Starshine laid her small muzzle on her paws and waited. Finally when the very first beams of sunshine revealed itself Sorrowdiamond arrived. In his mouth he held a creature. It’s slick limbs were dangling. Sorrowdiamond and Starshine devoured the poor creature like a cat would eat a mouse.
“Umm. Sorrowdiamond? I have to leave. My village is getting attacked.” ‘What! How do you know that?” “Well, I can sense it.” “Okay. Well then good luck.” After that Starshine flew away as fast as the wind.
2.Lidra’s Triumph
Sorrowdiamond slept for two days. He dreamed about ruling all the dragons. Suddenly, crash! The cloud pebbles got blown up. Sorrowdiamond woke up with a startle. He was surrounded by crushed pebbles. The screeching of the cloud pebbles pounded his ears. He backed away until he was at the back of the cave.
Sorrowdiamond leaped onto the stone wall and wacked it with his mighty paws. Finally the stone wall gave up. Sorrowdiamond bent down and crawled through the opening that he had made. His horns rubbed against the top of the opening.
“Haaaa!” Sorrowdiamond felt hot. Infact he felt like he was on fire! He looked around only to realize that he was being chased by Lidra. The lord of fire.
Lidra’s eyes blazed red and his jaws constructed by dragon metal. The most valuable material in the whole galaxy. Lidra’s shadow darkened the tunnel. His teeth were like gigantic knives.
“Hello my fellow friend. Long time no see.” Lidra growled
“What did you do to my parents?”
“Oh, not much. They’re just locked up in the impenetrable Dungeon of Death.”
Blast! A swirling ball of pure fire blasted at Lidra. Donk! Lidra’s black scales deflected the shot as if it were an apple. Lidra whipped his head around and bolted out of the cave.
Lidra growled constantly. Sorrowdiamond stepped out of the cave. He saw a little sparkling dot in the distance.
“Starshine!” Sorrowdiamond roared. Just then Lidra started to fly towards Starshine. Sorrowdiamond quickly blasted a few poison balls at Lidra. Lidra groaned and then he turned towards Sorrowdiamond and gazed into his eyes.
Sorrowdiamond instantly looked down but it was too late. Sorrowdiamond felt faint and then he fell to the floor. The same happened to Starshine.
As soon as Sorrowdiamond awakened he saw an evil structure above his head. It was made of old stone and it showed and enormous dragon closing its jaws onto a slim creature.
Sorrowdiamond quickly tried to get up but something held him down. He glanced to his right and saw a glittery block of fiery gold placed in the center of wing.
Soon, Sorrowdiamond realized where he was…
3. The Weird Unknown Creature
Sorrowdiamond was in Lidra’s kingdom. Chandeliers hung from the ceiling. Their flamed danced enthusiastically. Gold statues represented dragons. Cold stone made up the room. Tiny specks of grass erupted from the crevises in the floor. Sorrowdiamond looked around. He suddenly saw STARSHINE!!!!!! Sorrowdiamond slightly lifted his head so he could see Starshine a little better.
Sorrowdiamond wiggled his wing around, hoping to shake off the stone block. Frustrated, Sorrowdiamond took a deep breathe and sighed a long, heavy sigh. A shadow darkened the room. The flames extinguished instantly. The room was filled with musty, cold air.
“Heheheheheheh!” The sound pounded Sorrowdiamond ears and echoed through the chamber. Starshine squealed. It was a screeching squeal like the ones animals make when they are hurt.
Soon a spiky head was in sight. Tall, slim horns graced a formidable head. The creature’s eyes glinted with bright fire.
As Sorrowdiamond thought of an escape plan Starshine on the other hand had managed to escape. Just as he was about to break free the creature made a slithering motion and entered the room.
As he revealed his body Sorrowdiamond could just feel it’s ivory fangs sink into his flesh.
